WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PERSONALISED OR PREMIUM ORDER?

Our personalised and premium ranges are made to order and can take up to 10 business days to create, depending on current demand. After production, delivery times depend on where we’re sending your parcel.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is posted, you will receive an email with your tracking number. To track your order, enter this number into the Australia Post tracking website. This link is also in the email.

 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you want your order shipped outside Australia, please email us for a shipping quote and timeframe estimate.

Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the cost of the item or shipping – these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with the customs office in the destination country to determine what these additional costs will be.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?

If your order has not arrived after dispatch, please contact Australia Post and quote the tracking number that was included in your shipping confirmation email. If the carrier is unable to locate your items, please contact us at studio@babies2infinity.com.au and we will lodge an enquiry for you.

 

RETURNS

Our personalised and custom range of products are made to order. As a result, we do not offer refunds for these products unless they are faulty. Each clothing item has a sizing guide, so please choose carefully.

We offer exchange or refunds for stock items within 30 days, including shoes, clothing and print bibs, provided the items are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We recommend trackable shipping to ensure your items reach us.
