WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY GIFT VOUCHER?
Vouchers are redeemable for 1, 2, 3 or 4 personalised onesies. The voucher will state how many personalised onesies you are entitled to. Use the same coupon code throughout the year(s) until all onesies are redeemed.
HOW DO I ORDER?
The voucher is redeemable on babies2infinity.com.au. Add your chosen onesie to the shopping cart. Before reaching the checkout please add the coupon code from the voucher to the cart (You can access the cart in the top right corner of the website). This will remove the cost of 1 onesie. During checkout please select Free Shipping option to remove the cost of shipping.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Our onesies run true to standard Australia sizing, please refer to our sizing chart for further assistance.
WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
To ensure you receive your onesie in time for a major event (such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas), we recommend placing your order 3 weeks out to allow for it to be made and delivered in time. While Babies 2 Infinity turnaround may only be up to 1 week, we have no control over any Australia Post delays.
CAN I ORDER OTHER ITEMS WITH MY ONESIE?
Other items may be purchased in the same transaction; however these items will be charged at full price.
CAN I REDMEEM MULTIPLE ONESIES IN ONE TRANSACTION?
Unfortunately, at this stage you can only redeem 1 onesie per order. You can place multiple orders on the same day and have them shipped together however there is no further discount for ordering more than one onesie in the same day.
CAN I GET EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Free Regular shipping is included in the voucher. You can upgrade to express shipping in the checkout for an additional fee.
HOW LONG IS THE GIFT VOUCHER VALID FOR?
Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. You can find the expiry date on the voucher.
HELP, I CAN’T FIND MY VOUCHER?
The voucher is not replaceable. We recommend taking a photo of the voucher and saving it in your camera reel, so that you can refer to it if the voucher in question can’t be located.
I’M NOT SURE HOW MANY ONESIES I STILL HAVE LEFT TO REDEEM?
We know the first year with a baby can be hectic and tiring. If you aren’t sure how many onesies are left to redeem you can reach out to us via email (studio@babies2infinity.com.au) and provide both your name and coupon code we will assist.

Terms & Conditions
- Baby’s Year of Firsts gift vouchers (known hereon in as ‘Voucher/s’) are only redeemable at Babies 2 Infinity (https://www.babies2infinity.com.au)
- By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Voucher, you accept and agree to be bound by, and comply with, these terms and conditions.
- Voucher applies to the entire range of baby onesies and t-shirts.
- Only 1 onesie (valued at $46.90 including regular shipping) can be redeemed per transaction, regardless how many are remaining on the Voucher.
- Voucher is valid for 36 months from the date of issue. All onesies remaining at date of expiry are forfeited. There will be no extension, refund or credit offered.
- Voucher specifies how many times the gift voucher coupon code can be redeemed.
- Voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, offers or coupon codes.
- Voucher is applied at checkout using the coupon code provided on the physical voucher.
- Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit for other items.
- Voucher cannot be reloaded.
- Voucher is provided in a physical format only, there is no digital copy.
- It is the recipient’s responsibility to keep the Voucher safe and not share the coupon code with others. Babies 2 Infinity is not responsible if the gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
- Product/s purchased using a Voucher have a standard warranty as listed on Babies 2 Infinity.
- In the event of any technical malfunction, either internal or external, of any telephone or computer network any Voucher transaction may not be able to be processed until the problem has been rectified.
